Lavrov spoke about the tripartite agreement on Karabakh

The trilateral agreement between the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia is being successfully implemented.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"Today, it must be said that the tripartite agreement between the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia is being successfully implemented in general. This is especially necessary to eliminate the humanitarian and socio-economic consequences of the conflict, to lift the blockade of transport and economic ties in the South Caucasus," he said.

Lavrov also said that Russia is always ready to support the Armenian people.
