Let's involve prisoners as employees - Minister

It would be better to use the labour of prisoners instead of migrants in large constructions.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Justice Minister Konstantin Chuichenko.

"It is possible to create correctional centres in large buildings. People here can do their job according to their specialities. There is interest in large investment projects that will use more than 1,000 prisoners, but there are no such projects now," he said.
