The US is not leaving Syria - the Pentagon

The US military contingent is still in Syria.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Pentagon spokesman John Kirby.

He said the terrorist threat in Syria has not yet been eliminated.

Kirby said the United States was not involved in Syria's internal affairs or civil war, but only in the fight against ISIS.
