The withdrawal of the United States from the Open Skies Agreement does not pose a threat to Russia's security, which could be a problem for the European Union.
Axar.az reports that this statement was made by the head of the Russian delegation to the Vienna talks on military security and arms control Konstantin Gavrilov.
"This is a real threat to Europeans, but not to us," Gavrilov said.
The diplomat stressed that such difficulties are due to the lack of satellites on the European side.
