Visual Capitalist has announced the top ten countries in the world in terms of military spending in 2020.

Axar.az reports that the top ten countries in terms of defence spending are:

1. USA - 778 billion dollars

2. China - $ 252 billion dollars

3. India - $ 72.9 billion dollars

4. Russia - $ 61.7 billion dollars

5. Great Britain - 59.2 billion dollars

6. Saudi Arabia - $ 57.5 billion dollars

7. Germany - $ 52.8 billion dollars

8. France - $ 52.7 billion dollars

9. Japan - $ 49.1 billion dollars

10. South Korea - $ 45.7 billion dollars.

It should be noted that in 2020, the world's countries spent $ 2 trillion on military spending. These 10 states account for 75% of this amount, or $ 1.482 trillion.
