Russia: A new Cold War begins

A new Cold War is starting in the world.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin.

"More serious challenges and security threats are linked to several trends. First, today we are witnessing the formation of new world order. We see the involvement of countries in the new Cold War, the division of countries into our own and foreigners, foreigners are clearly defined as enemies in doctrinal documents," he said.
