Perhaps the reason for Armenia's defeat in the Karabakh war last year was God's turning away from the country.
Axar.az reports that the statement came from acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with the population of Aragatsot province.
"The most important and painful question is why did we fail in 2020? There may be different explanations for this. We think about political, military, geopolitical, economic reasons. Today I had an idea on the road. As it is written in Psalm 12, maybe God has turned away from us," Pashinyan said.
