We are ready to negotiate with the EU - Russia

Relations between Russia and the European Union are abnormal and prone to deterioration.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russia's Permanent Representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov.

"We are ready to hold a dialogue on a wide range of issues in many areas, but the dialogue should naturally be equal and within the framework of mutual respect," Chizhov said.
