Today we have opened a new page in our union. We have resolved key issues for our security and made important decisions.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

"NATO leaders have reaffirmed their commitment to staying in Kabul by providing training and financial support to Afghan forces and institutions," Stoltenberg said.
