Putin`s statement over the US-Russia relations

The most important value in international relations is stability and foresight.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin while speaking to NBC about Russian-US relations.

"As the Russian side, I don't think we've seen anything like this from our American partners in recent years. Let's sit down and talk, looking for solutions and concessions that are acceptable to all parties. Stability is achieved in this way. It cannot be achieved by applying it," Putin said.
