Stoltenberg: Ukraine has begun reform but we need more

Axar.az reports that the statement came from NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg during a meeting with a group of military commentators.

"We have different programs to meet our obligations. Ukraine has begun reforms, but we need more. We have to do a lot to ensure their full realization," he said.
