The EU should develop common rules for Russia - Macron

The EU should develop common rules in relations with Russia.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media that French President Emanuel Macron stated this.

"We will return to the topic of Russia to discuss the common rules of relations with our neighbour and outline approaches to cooperation. We regularly face provocations, new conflicts, but we must realize the need to develop common rules in relations with Russia," Macron told a joint news conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel ahead of their talks in Berlin.

Earlier, the French president said that NATO needed a "demanding dialogue" with Russia to build security architecture in Europe.
