NATO has not taken action on Ukraine for 13 years

Since 2008, NATO has not taken any steps to get Ukraine into the alliance.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

According to him, the alliance must submit a list of reforms for Ukraine's membership. He said Ukraine had undergone many reforms since the 2014 revolution.
