Negotiations with the US may begin on this date - ambassador

Strategic stability talks between Russia and the United States could begin next month.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Andrei Kelin, Russia's ambassador to the United Kingdom.

"We hope that such talks with the United States will begin next month. We can talk about the future of the initial agreement. I hope that they will include all the necessary components," Kelin said.
