Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a meeting of the Consultative Council.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Fakhraddin Altun, head of the Public Relations Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration.

Erdogan said that the "Human Rights Action Plan", prepared on the principle of a free citizen, a strong society and a "more democratic Turkey", is the basis for obtaining a new Constitution.
