Kuleba: This contradicts the sanctions policy on Russia

The suspension of the summits was part of the EU's sanctions policy.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

"An attempt to resume talks without any progress from Russia would be a dangerous evasion of EU sanctions," he said. We believe that the resumption of the summits is inappropriate, "Kuleba said.
