Russian President Vladimir Putin and acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Kremlin's press service.

"Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on her election victory," the statement said.
