Prime Minister refused to meet with Putin

Acting Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte has announced that he will not meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin during the European Union (EU) summit in Brussels.

Axar.az reports that the European leader said he would not attend the meetings with Putin.

He cited the shooting down of MH17, which was flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur in 2014, by Russian forces in Ukraine.
