Russia has introduced a new fighter -

Russia has introduced the modern 5th generation light fighter Checkmate.

Axar.az reports that the presentation took place at the MAKS-2021 air show.

Russia's Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said the fighter would be ready in four years.

"As you know, we have not produced such a machine for a long time, and we should be among the countries selling similar equipment on the international market," Manturov said.
