The Normandy format is already in a coma.

Axar.az informs this was stated by President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in an interview with Politique International.

"French President Emmanuel Macron is keeping it on artificial respiration, but the process is already in a coma. Russia is closing all steps forward. The ceasefire was imposed on July 22, 2020. But after 7 months the situation became tense. Russia has begun to violate this regime," Zelensky said.
