The new head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service

Alexander Litvinenko has been appointed head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service.

Axar.az reports that the decree was signed by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.

Litvinenko is a doctor of political sciences, major general.
