Erdogan announced the target for 2023

We are determined to enter the 100th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Turkey - that is, 2023 - as a stronger, sovereign country in economic, military, political and diplomatic terms.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

"The successes we have achieved in areas ranging from Syria to Libya, from the Middle East to the fight against terrorism, and our will to protect our rights and interests are the clearest example. Turkey will continue to defend its rights within the framework of international law, without succumbing to the language of blackmail of any forces in this struggle," Erdogan said.
