This law has bound our hands - Rouhani

If the parliament did not interfere with us (adoption of the nuclear law - ed.), The sanctions would be lifted by the end of last year. With this law, our hands are tied.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

Rouhani stressed that the text of the agreement reached with the 5 + 1 countries in Vienna was submitted to the Iranian parliament at that time, but the law prevented the lifting of sanctions.
