Shoigu talked to Karapetyan

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and acting Armenian Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Russian Defense Ministry.

"During the telephone conversation, the parties discussed regional security and other issues of mutual interest," the statement said.
