Global warming carries the risk of instability for the United States and the world.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from US President Joseph Biden. He stressed that in the future, conflicts may begin over arable land:

"Climate change challenges are creating instability around the world, including in our country. This is due to the increasingly frequent and more deadly extreme weather conditions, lack of food and water security, rising sea levels, which in turn increases migration and poses fundamental risks to vulnerable groups."

Biden said the U.S. military sees climate change as the biggest threat to the United States.
