The US has failed, the Taliban has strengthened - Shoigu

The US and NATO missions in Afghanistan have failed, and the situation in the country is virtually out of control.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. According to him, the recent events show that the US-Taliban agreement has not been implemented.

He said the Taliban controlled much of Afghanistan.
