Putin called Security Council meeting

Russian President Vladimir Putin has convened an emergency meeting of the Security Council.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Issues related to Russia's socio-economic development were discussed at the meeting. In addition, the situation on the Afghan-Azerbaijani-Armenian border was touched upon," Peskov said.
