Belarus is ready to accept Russian troops to ensure the security of the Union State, but there is no need for that yet.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

"It simply came to our notice then. We have a strong enough, compact army. We can arm 500,000 people in a short time. This is already power. If it is small, the whole Russian army will be deployed here. It will never happen, but if necessary, we will not think," he said.
