Statement from Russia to Turkey

We are closely monitoring the situation. You know, Russia helped the Turkish government to fight this catastrophe. Our equipment works there, including Be-200 aircraft. We are in constant contact with the Turkish government.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko.

"Of course, we do not want to be in a situation where we have to make decisions against the crisis, but, of course, if there is an urgent need, we will do our best to ensure the security of our citizens," Grushko said.
