Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu.

"Like every human being, we protect the right to life of every tree, every animal, every insect to the last breath. We do not fall into the trap of those who want chaos, hate and abuse the conscience of society," Soylu said.
