Japan and Russia came to an agreement

A telephone conversation took place between Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Shigeo Yamada and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov.

Axar.az reports that the ministers agreed to continue negotiations on a bilateral peace agreement, including economic activities on the Kuril Islands.
