Karabakh statement from Russia: normalization of the situation...

Implementation of the tripartite agreements of November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021 is a priority for the normalization of the situation in the Karabakh conflict zone.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the report of the Russian Foreign Ministry on Russia's international position at the 76th UN General Assembly.

"The Russian Foreign Ministry considers it useful to involve UN agencies, in particular the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in humanitarian activities in the zone of Russia's peacekeeping operation in Karabakh. The parameters of their possible work should be agreed directly with Baku and Yerevan," the report said.
