OSCE chairman to visit Azerbaijan

OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Germany’s Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier will visit Azerbaijan on June 30, diplomatic sources told on June 27.

According to information, the OSCE chairman will hold several high-level meetings in Azerbaijan to discuss the settlement process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and NATO-Azerbaijan cooperation.


Steinmeier will start his trip to the South Caucasus from Armenia. He will arrive in Armenia on June 29 for a two-day visit. The OSCE chairman is also expected to visit Georgia following his trip to Azerbaijan.
