The US is starting a cold war with these countries

The United States will return to the Cold War position with China and Russia after weakening its presence in Afghanistan.

Axar.az informs this was reported by the US media.

US Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall said China is showing great attention and strategic ability to keep us away from part of the world:

"But the fight with China is already underway, Beijing is testing America's international partnership, questioning the reliability of its military supply channels. The Cold War is being talked about as America's long-running conflict in the Middle East fades into the background."
