Erdogan spoke with Steinmeier

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Turkish Presidential Administration.

The two leaders discussed bilateral relations as well as the situation in Afghanistan.

Erdogan noted that both countries have shown commendable solidarity and coordination in the evacuation process from Afghanistan.
