Raisi leaves for Tajikistan to attend SCO summit

President Raisi has been invited by Tajikistan’s President Imam Ali Rahman to participate and deliver a speech at the SCO summit.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media the Iranian president will also hold meetings with leaders and heads of delegations on the sidelines of the summit.

Ministers of foreign affairs, energy, labour, cultural heritage and justice accompany the president during the visit.

President Raisi will have a bilateral meeting with the Tajik President after the summit and high-ranking delegations from Iran and Tajikistan will discuss the expansion of ties.
