Osborne: The new Russian army is a great threat to the US

The Russian military poses a new threat to the United States and NATO due to modernization.

Axar.az reports this was written by Chris Osborn, a reviewer for National Interest magazine.

He said that the Russian army, equipped with new technologies, has become a greater threat than the USSR.

Osborne said Russia's hypersonic missiles, tactical nuclear weapons, Su-57 fighters, T-14 Armata tanks and S-400s were a major concern in the West.

The commentator said that out of 600 ships in Moscow's Navy, 15 were destroyers and 63 were submarines.
