The US admitted it mistakenly killed 7 children in Kabul

It is wrong to launch an airstrike on the Afghan capital, Kabul.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Commander of the US Central Command Kenneth Mackenzie.

He said 10 civilians, including seven children, were killed in the attack. The general apologized for the incident and said he would consider compensation for the relatives of the dead.

Mackenzie said US troops would strike Afghanistan in the future, meeting higher standards.

The United States fired an airstrike on Kabul on August 29.
