The Taliban helped us evacuate - US

A Qatari airliner has evacuated 28 Americans and seven US residents from the Afghan capital, Kabul.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from US State Department spokesman Ned Price.

He said the Taliban had aided the evacuation.

"We will continue to work together to ensure the free movement of US citizens and Afghans."
