Russia is creating a secret department

The Russian Foreign Ministry plans to open a new department for humanitarian policy.

Axar.az reports this information was published on the "Russian Orientalist" Telegram channel. According to the report, the department will work to expand Moscow's influence abroad.

The department will also work on programs to expand cultural ties and international development.

This unit will be similar to the Turkish Agency for Development and Cooperation (TIKA).
