Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during his speech at the UN.

"Everything is not so calm. It seems to me that Ukraine is not alone today. I thought that without a state like Ukraine, the union will be even weaker. And this is already clear," Zelensky said.
