The EU will open a representative office in Kabul

The European Union (EU) is working to open a permanent mission in the Afghan capital, Kabul.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

"We are working on it. But due to confidentiality, I can not tell you when the office will open," Borrell said.
