Ashotyan: Aliyev made everyone agree with this

Aliyev wisely used the fact that Azerbaijan is the chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan.

He said that during his speech at the UN General Assembly, Ilham Aliyev sent a message to everyone, including Iran and Russia:

"He also explained to Russia and Iran that Azerbaijan is changing the situation in the South Caucasus and everyone should follow these terms."
