There is no point in holding a dialogue on Afghanistan without the participation of Western countries because they are responsible for the events in the republic and must help this country.
Axar.az reports that the statement came from Sergei Naryshkin, director of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service.
"We also need to involve Western countries in this dialogue. I think their participation will make sense. They must understand that Afghanistan is suffering losses due to its activities. It is their responsibility to provide financial assistance", Naryshkin said.
