A gesture to the Taliban from the United States

The United States has allowed limited financial operations with the Taliban in connection with humanitarian operations in Afghanistan.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Ministry of Finance.

According to the statement, the permit allows the US government, non-governmental organizations and some international organizations, including the United Nations, to sign agreements with the Taliban.
