I call on the international community to help women, children and ethnic minorities in Afghanistan.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"This country should not be used as a base for the spread of terrorism. We must be vigilant and ensure that no country tries to take advantage of the sensitive situation there and does not use it for its own interests," Modi said.
