Japanese government may lift the state of emergency

The Japanese government may lift the state of emergency due to the coronavirus.

Axar.az informs that the statement came from Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga.

The state of emergency is in effect in 19 prefectures, including the most populous, Tokyo and Osaka.

The Prime Minister noted that the number of coronavirus infections has decreased: "The decision to lift the state of emergency can be made in a few days."
