The leader of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, broke the world record in the September 17-19 elections with 99.7 percent of the vote.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by the Russian media.

According to the report, the turnout was 94.42 percent. Thus, 711,973 voters supported the President of Chechnya. Earlier, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov announced the results of the election with a laugh.

In turn, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the figures may seem unrealistic. However, the decision of the voters becomes clear when you look at all the work done in the region, including the construction of the city of Grozny.
