This is Putin's red line - Kuleba

Putin's red line can only be related to the territory of the Russian Federation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Twitter.

"Ukraine is well aware of what it will do on the Russian-Ukrainian border for the sake of European security and the highest interests of our people," Kuleba said.
