We are concerned about Turkey's purchase of S-400 systems from Russia.

Axar.az reports that these words were reflected in the statement issued by the US Senate Committee on International Relations.

According to the report, the committee said it would impose additional sanctions on Ankara if Turkey signed a new agreement with Russia.

"When we wrote the CAATSA law, we made it clear that sanctions apply to any large business or enterprise related to the Russian military or intelligence agencies. Any new purchase by Turkey will lead to new sanctions".
